BACK TO SCHOOL IN CHANDLER'S FORD

news.php?id=28

We have recently submitted an application to develop a new site in Chandler’s Ford, situated some seven miles south of Winchester.  This application is for twelve new homes at a site on the well regarded Brownhill Road, formerly occupied by Woodhill Preparatory school that closed in 2014.

Our scheme, designed by architect Andrew Smith, is for a mix of detached and semi-detached homes of a traditional external design with imaginative and contemporary interiors, set around a short private road.

Chandler’s Ford is an established residential area, typified by its abundance of large detached homes built throughout the 30s and 40s on expansive garden plots; today it is supported by good local amenities and excellent schools in both the private and state sectors. Its regional station has recently been reopened providing commuter services to Winchester, Southampton and further afield.

Further information to follow shortly.
