Working in partnership with The University of Winchester, we are currently preparing a planning application for a new residential development on land at Chilbolton Court, Winchester.

As part of this process we welcome the thoughts of local residents on our emerging proposals, which consists of nine properties, set within the existing Chilbolton Court grounds.

The houses proposed are a mix of one to four bedroom homes, all with allocated off-road parking and private gardens, with vehicle access to remain as existing, with a single entrance point in to the development.
