We’re delighted to have recently received approval for our planning application on land to the rear of 30 Bereweeke Road, Winchester, for six new dwellings consisting of two detached properties and two pairs of semi-detached homes.

These homes will range in size from 1,668sqft to 2,750sqft, offering three or four double bedrooms and contemporary living accommodation, complemented by traditional and stylish external architecture. Building is due to commence this autumn.
