NEW HOMES FOR ROMSEY

PUBLIC CONSULTATION

WEDNESDAY 10th SEPTEMBER 2025

Our Planning Team, along with colleagues from Adam Architecture, i-Transport, MJA Consulting and Pro-Vision recently hosted a public consultation to present our initial proposals for a collection of new homes in Romsey, as part of Test Valley Borough Council’s Emerging Local Plan.

This exciting new scheme will provide a number of new homes ranging in size and tenure, on a site situated to the south of Bypass Road, that has been named Palmerston Park.
