NEW HOMES FOR TWYFORD

We were delighted to receive approval for our new scheme in Twyford on the outskirts of Winchester at the beginning of the year and are now equally pleased to be starting construction later this month.

At this fantastic site within the village we will be building a total of 22 exceptional homes, a mix of two and three storey detached and semi-detached properties with private parking and good-sized gardens, available to the open market.

We shall also be constructing our first homes of an affordable housing tenure at this location.  There will be 10 properties in this sector, to be managed by Winchester City Council and offered in the first instance to those who live, work or have strong connections with the parish of Twyford.
