We are delighted that our proposals for new homes on a parcel of land on the edge of the Broadlands Estate along Bypass Road in Romsey has now been allocated within the emerging Test Valley Local Plan for 110 residential dwellings, situated within walking distance of the Town Centre.
Named Palmerston Park, the project comprises a range of house types, set against the backdrop of the Estate. A Planning Application is currently being prepared with a view to submit to the Borough Council later in 2025.
Chris Rees, Planning Director said, ‘ We are very pleased to see our vision for the land at Palmerston Park being supported by the Borough Council and the land identified as part of the emerging Local Plan. The detailed plans are progressing well, and we look forward to delivering the new homes for Romsey in the near future’.
