Nick Fincher (left) joins as Buyer in the Commercial Department bringing a wealth of supply chain expertise gleaned from numerous years working with house builders across the South. “The chance to move to Alfred Homes was too good an opportunity to miss” comments Nick, adding the company has a reputation for being both progressive and for building really beautiful homes in the luxury market, which is where I want to develop my career, and as a rapidly expanding company, it’s also great to be able to shape the infrastructure of the business and I’m delighted to be part of the team.”
New Technical Coordinator Chris Aubin also brings a variety of experience to the company, with a degree in Architectural Technology; he has also run his own building design consultancy and worked within an architects practice responsible for managing mid to large scale residential sites for established house builders. Chris comments: “Alfred Homes have some fantastic projects in the pipeline, not just in Hampshire but throughout the Home Counties and coordinating such a variety is where my skills lie; I’m looking forward to the challenge of some very busy months ahead.”
Apart from sharing an interest in the finest construction they both have a passion for music. Both guitarists, Nick played with local band Fringe and Chris is with the Kings of Leon tribute band, the Kings O’Leon - looks like the Alfred Homes’ Christmas Party might just be the hottest ticket in town!
