We are delighted that the first of our four semi-detached townhouses at Langham Place has been sold to a returning client, who is now the proud owner of their second Alfred Home in Winchester. This is becoming something of a trend as this is the second repeat purchaser at Langham Place – in fact, it’s the third time one of the buyers has chosen one of our homes, and that’s a compliment indeed.
These fantastic townhouses, plus the remaining apartments at Langham Place, are rapidly nearing completion and all will be ready for occupation later this summer.
